To apply for the SPECIAL 20 subscription reserved for residents of Valle d’Aosta, you must already have an Impersonal Smart Card or have generated a Mobile QR on app #vdatransports and register on the website vda-subscribers.sitvallee.it: after entering your personal data, you must select Ordinary resident under “Type of Card” and enter your Impersonal Smart Card no. or Mobile QR and upload the required documents (Identity Card and Photo Card). This new subscription, once the applications from the website are finished, can be activated via the #vdatransports App or with a smart card at the Aosta Bus Station (Via Carrel), the corporate offices of Svap and Vita, and the Mont Blanc Arriva Italia Agency in Courmayeur. Users already registered on #vdatransports will find ‘SPECIAL20’ among the available options.

With the new #vdatransports App it is possible to manage the wide range of travel tickets made available by the Region, Arriva Italia, SVAP and VITA, taking advantage of both the new physical cards and creating Mobile QR cards (virtual) directly from the App.

Purchase of one-way tickets for urban and suburban routes

Recharge of contactless cards available on physical support (value card)
Creation and use of a “virtual” mobile value card, which can also be recharged and used as a pass

TRAVEL TICKETS PURCHASE

Tickets can be purchased:

via the new #vdatransports app (free download from Apple Store and GooglePlay), after creating the mobile QR card;
at Aosta and Courmayeur ticket offices and SVAP and VITA company locations;
by recharging one’s smart card, after requesting issuance through a dedicated portal (for subscriptions) or at the Courmayeur Ticket Office – Agenzia Mont Blanc T.O. Arriva Italia;
on board the bus, directly from the driver, with cash or small denomination money;
through the network of authorized retailers.

Travel directly on Courmayeur shuttles using your contactless bank card (valid for one person/valid – click here for full information)

Simply approach your contactless payment card or a scanned card on NFC-enabled devices (smartphones and wearable devices) – MasterCard and Visa circuits only. Remember that you must also approach the card at the end of your trip, on disembarkation.
